Exhibitors

American Atheists has hosted dozens of exhibitors at our conventions, including many non-profit organizations within the atheist and secular movement. We also welcome organizations and groups whose values align with our own, including reproductive health advocates, LGBTQ groups, science educators, disaster relief organizations, and voter registration drives. Political groups, including party caucuses, candidates, and other advocacy groups conducting outreach to atheists, are also welcome.

We are also pleased to welcome merchants, vendors, and other exhibitors who would like to provide products or services to our community. Attendees are eager to support atheist-friendly businesses and organizations!

Nonprofit Exhibitor: $150

Exhibitor registration for nonprofit organizations. Donations, memberships, and limited sales (shirts, organization swag, etc.) are permitted.

Vendor Table: $275

Vendor/exhibitor registration for businesses or other organizations with the primary purpose of selling merchandise or promoting a product or service.

Exhibitor registration includes one six-foot table, two chairs, listing in the convention program, and as many exhibitor passes as are needed to staff the table.

Please note that exhibitor passes do not grant access to the main convention hall where speakers and panels are located. To attend speaker presentations or other paid events, you must purchase admission tickets. If American Atheists is not able to accommodate your exhibitor request, your registration will be refunded. All exhibitors are required to adhere to American Atheists Convention Code of Conduct at all times. Exhibitor slots are granted at American Atheists' sole discretion.
