Alyssa Fuller

Alyssa Fuller joined American Atheists as Membership Manager in February 2021. She has a primary background in education and arachnology, but has been professionally active in the nonprofit world since 2015, previously working with conservation organizations, biological stations, and museums, and running membership, donations, and programs for a regional Unitarian Universalist-affiliated retreat center in rural North Carolina.

A lifelong atheist and northern Virginia native, she holds degrees in Biology and Secondary Science Education from Western Carolina University and is working towards her MS in Entomology from the University of Florida.

She is passionate about evolution education, church-state separation, donor intent, LGBTQ+ issues, U.S. labor history, classic movies, craft beer, and creepy crawly things.
